-Professional process of providing monthly updates of our budget, with copies of invoices and billing details

During the construction process, we were constantly being updated and informed about the building progress. We were never pressured into work that we didn’t feel comfortable with. David would provide monthly budget reports…this really helped us know what kind of impact a change would have on the budget.
I would go as far as saying that if Trillium Projects didn’t have this team of professionals, then my wife and I would be so overwhelmed with the decisions for home building that our marriage may be in jeapardy.
