For the past 10-years, Trillium has specialized in project management and construction of custom homes throughout Metro Vancouver. Our custom homes team will works with clients of various levels of experience and can provide advice every step of the way.  

We have constructed enough homes to total over $250-Million dollars in construction value. Despite this experience, we still provide personal attention to every project including regular input from the owner, David Hamilton, and a designated project superintendent.

  • Work with client to interview and hire all required project consultants (architect, interior designer, engineer, etc.)

  • Provide detailed budget and project schedule

  • Attain all required City permits

  • Prepare tender packages and competitively bid the components of the work

  • Negotiate and prepare the construction contracts on behalf of the client (with client sign-off in place)

  • Attend design meetings to ensure design and specifications are realistic, executable and within budget

  • Facilitate HPO and COC registrations

  • Regularly provide detailed cost accounting reports and manage accounting for the project

  • Provide regular site supervision in order to ensure a consistent level of quality and project progress

  • Provide customer service after final occupancy for any deficiency work not covered under the trade warranty.
