For more than 20 years, Trillium has been building multi-family housing across Metro Vancouver. In that time we’ve delivered over $1-Billion in construction and handed over more than 15,000 homes, from wood-frame condo & rental buildings, mixed-use developments, and townhomes. That experience shows up in accurate budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering, all to ensure that projects are delivered as planned.

We manage every stage of the process, from pre-construction budgeting and design coordination through permitting, construction, offsite and utility works, and post-completion care.
