Trillium is a Vancouver based construction and project management company specializing in residential multi-family construction, rental apartment retrofits, commercial tenant improvements (TIs), duplex & multi-plex construction, 3rd-party project client representation, and residential development.

Our clients range from established local residential developers, institutional players, smaller-scale developers, private family-offices, and local individuals.

Over the past 20-years, Trillium has constructed over one billion dollars of real estate ranging from townhomes and condominiums, senior assisted dwellings, building rehabilitation projects, commercial retail units (CRUs), duplexes, multi-plexes, and custom homes. 

Trillium brings years of experience with senior leaders having worked for some of the most prominent real estate developer and construction management companies such as Polygon, Mosaic Homes, ITC Construction, Adera, Concert Properties, and Townline. 

Our Open-Book estimating, budgeting, tendering, and pricing model has helped us establish strong and continued client relationships, where working with Trillium, you will be integrated into the process from day one.  We work alongside our clients by collaborating on major decisions along the way.  This is our way of ensuring full transparency and accountability, and its something unique to Trillium’s core which has helped ensure decades of continued relationships and repeat business.
